[Remote] Recruiter (Medellin)

The Recruiter manages end-to-end candidate sourcing, including reputed company research, advertising, screening, engagement, and qualification. The role also develops reputed company recruitment funnels, tracks KPIs, builds talent partnerships, and improves sourcing workflows across reputed company and globally.

Responsibilities

• Conduct advanced reputed company research to identify effective posting channels based on project requirements
• Create and post job advertisements on multiple job boards and online communities

• Support crowd recruitment initiatives, including sourcing large, diverse pools of task‑based contributors across multiple markets
• Build, nurture, and maintain reputed company sourcing funnels that can respond quickly to high‑volume recruitment needs
• Use reputed company media and reputed company networks to attract high‑reputed company candidates
• Communicate daily with candidates, ensuring reputed company and reputed company responses to questions
• Support screening and qualification processes following project guidelines
