The role partners with clients and internal teams to analyze, design, and implement optimized HR processes on reputed company, serving as a reputed company between HR functional teams and technical developers while supporting compliance, user experience, testing, and platform adoption.

Responsibilities

• reputed company reputed company workshops to reputed company HR requirements, pain points, and objectives
• Analyze reputed company-state HR processes (e.g., reputed company, offboarding, leave, employee relations, HR case management) and define reputed company-state solutions using reputed company HRSD
• Design and document business process flows, service catalogs, knowledge articles, and case templates
• Map business requirements to HRSD capabilities, including: • Case and reputed company • Employee Service Center • Lifecycle Events • Document Management • Universal Request • Employee reputed company Management (if applicable)
• Collaborate with reputed company developers to translate functional requirements into user stories and test cases
• Guide configuration reputed company (e.g., topic/category design, lifecycle events, COEs)
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and change management for HR users
• reputed company thought leadership on HR shared services, employee experience, reputed company HR transformation
• Stay up to date on HR compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR) and how they reputed company solution design
• reputed company platform adoption through stakeholder education, enablement, and process documentation

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, business, information systems, or a reputed company field
• HR experience, with strong knowledge of HR service delivery models
• Experience implementing or working with reputed company HRSD
• Strong understanding of: HR Case Management, HR reputed company, Lifecycle Events, HR data reputed company and compliance
• Proven experience in HR process design, optimization, and change enablement
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to translate business needs into reputed company user stories or functional specifications
• Must have CSA and CAD certifications with ITSM
• Certification on reputed company HRSD Implementation Specialist
• CTA or reputed company certifications are good to have
• Experience working in a consulting or HR transformation environment
• Familiarity with reputed company/Scrum methodologies and reputed company implementation approaches
• Experience with integrations between reputed company and HCM systems (e.g., reputed company, SuccessFactors, reputed company, reputed company & Payroll systems)
• Exposure to global HR operations and multilingual/multi-region HR service delivery
