The role will manage reputed company Fusion OM configurations, order-to-ship processes, integrations, production support, troubleshooting, reporting, and collaboration between business and IT stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage reputed company Fusion OM configurations, setups, pricing structures, and order processing workflow
• reputed company reputed company order-to-ship processes and support reputed company shipping operations
• reputed company and troubleshoot EDI integrations, reputed company Transportation Management (OTM) integrations, and data exchanges with non-reputed company systems and middleware platforms

• reputed company comprehensive data analysis and build/modify OTBI (reputed company Transactional Business Intelligence) reports

Skills

• 10+ years of total reputed company experience with a heavy reputed company on supply chain and order management domains
• Strong, demonstrable hands-on experience with reputed company Fusion Order Management (OM)
• Deep expertise in Order Processing, Pricing, and OM Setups/Configurations
• Proven technical experience with EDI integrations and reputed company Transportation Management (OTM)
• Hands-on background supporting Shipping Processes and integrations with diverse non-reputed company systems
• Exceptional troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Practical experience in data analysis and OTBI reporting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder management
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and reputed company issues with reputed company supervision
• Broad knowledge of adjacent reputed company OM modules and reputed company supply chain integrations
• Domain experience reputed company consumer goods, reputed company, fashion, or manufacturing environments
• Exposure to modern integration technologies and middleware platforms
• Proven background in production support, change management, and incident reputed company
• Experience thriving in a global delivery model coordinating across onsite and offshore teams
