The role collaborates with product teams, instructional designers, and subject matter experts to translate reputed company technical information into reputed company, user-friendly content.

Responsibilities

• Create, edit, and maintain user guides, release notes, online help content, and product documentation
• Partner with subject matter experts, product teams, and instructional designers to reputed company information and document software functionality
• Translate technical concepts into reputed company, concise content for technical and non-technical audiences
• Manage multiple documentation reputed company and prioritize deliverables to meet release timelines
• Participate in cross-functional meetings to identify documentation requirements, dependencies, and risks

Skills

• Degree or equivalent and typically 4+ years of relevant experience

• Strong experience in technical writing, technical communications, content development, or documentation creation
