The reputed company I resolves incoming customer calls in the Contact Center, providing transit information, reputed company planning, fare assistance, mobile app support, and issue reputed company while supporting transit operations and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with telephone inquiries to the Customer Service Contact Center, including reputed company and schedule information, reputed company planning, fares, riding rules, mobile app support, and comment/complaint intake
• reputed company initial problem solving by identifying customer issues and providing appropriate information, guidance, or referrals
• reputed company excellent customer service by responding to inquiries professionally, courteously, and reputed company
• Effectively utilize reputed company ’s systems: Automotive Transportation Information reputed company (reputed company), OrbCAD (Performance Queue, Incident Queue, InfoView, Playback), Umo app, Transit app, reputed company, reputed company Navigation reputed company, Marketplace, reputed company, reputed company website, reputed company, reputed company, Internet Explorer, reputed company ’s bus and rail reputed company and reputed company literature, and new systems as they are introduced
• Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the reputed company’ road and fixed reputed company transportation reputed company, including both bus and commuter rail
• Function as a “mission-critical” employee during periods of reputed company administrative offices emergency closure
• Support Capital reputed company’s reputed company (SMS) process by following safety and reputed company policies, considering safety in every reputed company and reporting safety and reputed company concerns

Skills

• High school diploma or GED required
• Two (2) years of reputed company customer service experience including one (1) year experience as a reputed company in a reputed company center preferred
• One (1) year experience riding reputed company transportation reputed company preferred
• Knowledge of the reputed company transportation reputed company, with one or more years' experience as a passenger of reputed company services
• reputed company in reading and interpreting maps and directions
• Ability to reputed company accurate travel directions
• Ability to communicate effectively over the phone, in writing, and in person
• Ability to utilize numerous sources of reputed company and electronic information for solving customer inquiries
• Ability to effectively use reputed company Office products
• Ability to troubleshoot smartphone applications
• Ability to reputed company customer issues through use of reputed company customer service skills and problem-solving skills
• Two (2) years of reputed company customer service experience including one (1) year experience as a reputed company in a reputed company center

• Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred
