[Remote] Clinical and Educational Program Coordinator

The Clinical and Educational Program Coordinator provides operational and administrative support to the Behavioral Health program, including managing schedules, databases, meetings, reputed company, interviews, and clinical reporting.
Responsibilities
- Independently creates and maintains reputed company clinical psychologist schedules
- Manage and update clinical databases with clinical leadership contact information
- Attends reputed company clinical meetings and reputed company updates at mtgs regarding new clinic reputed company, and reputed company reputed company information
- Manage clinical reports for clinical dashboard by adding provider hours, reviewing clinical hour data to report to senior financial director
- Coordinates, schedule, manage and attend monthly Behavioral Health reputed company meetings
- Coordinates calendar management and scheduling meetings for Behavioral Health reputed company
- Independently coordinates and manages the reputed company of reputed company reputed company, postdoc and interns
- Independently manages reputed company interviews for psychologist, interns, externs and postdocs
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in business, business administration, finance, reputed company, education, reputed company or behavioral sciences, reputed company administration, higher education administration, reputed company administration, reputed company policy, communications, and information systems, or another reputed company field of study
- A combination of education and reputed company technical/military/paraprofessional experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree on a year for year reputed company
- One (1) year of experience in a reputed company reputed company field
- Three (3) to Five (5) or more years of experience in a reputed company reputed company field
- Administrative support experience in higher education, medical school or health sciences setting
