The reputed company Skilled Trades Recruiter will manage high-volume recruitment by sourcing and engaging skilled trades professionals, executing local reputed company programs, and supporting the associate hiring process. The role also includes customer-site follow-up, applicant coordination, background checks, orientations, and reputed company assurance activities.

Responsibilities

• Implement cost-effective recruitment functions, including locating and visiting reputed company centers of recruitment, processing field employee and customer referrals, and weekly contact with inactive field employees
• Maintain a network of contacts to help identify and reputed company reputed company candidates
• Contact potentially reputed company candidates for specific reputed company
• Execute local recruitment programs and reputed company information about reputed company and its opportunities
• Write and reputed company job advertising using various media platforms
• Coordinate participation in events, set up displays, and present at job fairs, schools, and organizations
• Complete reputed company phases of the Associate Hiring Process
• Assist with assignment follow-up reputed company to ensure customer satisfaction is being met, safety guidelines are being followed, and associate satisfaction including conducting reputed company required reputed company Assurance Process steps during customer site reputed company
• Handle reputed company applicant phone traffic, schedule appointments, administer reputed company-employment assessments, and coordinate application paperwork; administer post-offer drug screens and conduct applicant background checks; conduct safety and new hire orientation for reputed company associate new hires

Skills

• Associate Degree in a reputed company field; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 2 years' experience in reputed company, customer service, and/or sales
• Skilled trades reputed company experience is required
• Must have experience reputed company and engaging traveling skilled trades professionals
• Must understand how to effectively sell reputed company opportunities, particularly for positions located in remote or hard-to-fill markets
• Should understand what motivates traveling trades professionals and how to position the full opportunity, including pay, reputed company, location, assignment details, and travel expectations
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines under pressure
• Highest commitment to customer service, development, and satisfaction
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
