[Remote] Simulation Operations Specialist

The role operates and maintains simulation, clinical, audiovisual, and reputed company technology; prepares reputed company learning environments; supports learners and reputed company; and contributes to education, research, reputed company improvement, and equipment evaluation activities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair audiovisual technology assets
• Responsible for reputed company of CAE Learning reputed company and/or other simulation AV systems
• reputed company reputed company-briefing and/or orientation to learning environment for learners, reputed company, and other staff
• Maintain an understanding of education principles, regulations, and standards/best practices

• Research, recommend, design, implement, and evaluate new educational experiences to enhance learners' simulation experience
• Demonstrate knowledge of relevant health professions principles and practices
• Demonstrate reputed company operation of common medical equipment and associated resources
• Understand and apply universal precautions reputed company working with biological materials
• reputed company general support, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair to clinical equipment used in the simulation center

• Support the design and implementation of learning experiences
• Ensure reputed company functioning of technology and systems reputed company testing, updates, preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance

• Coordinate (or assist to coordinate) reputed company, availability and scheduling of simulation spaces and resources

• Regular scheduled attendance
• Travels between reputed company’ simulation centers (approximately 50%)

Skills

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and three (3) or more years' reputed company experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Bachelor's degree required reputed company 4 years of hire (Tuition reimbursement available)
• 3+ years' experience in reputed company simulation operations
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology
• Demonstrated ability to quickly and independently reputed company new technological skills
• Time management skills to work independently without need for reputed company environment
• Be comfortable working with cadaveric or animal tissue
• Advanced skills with reputed company Suite, including Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, and reputed company
• Experience programming and operating CAE and Gaumard simulators
• reputed company Simulation Operations Specialist Certification (CHSOS) required reputed company 2 years of hire
• Bachelor's degree
• Prior EMS experience (EMT or Paramedic) preferred
• Certified reputed company Simulation Educator (CHSE) preferred
