[Remote] Senior Recruiter

The Senior Recruiter will own reputed company, business-critical hiring across reputed company, managing full-cycle recruitment for senior and leadership roles. The role focuses on reputed company sourcing, hiring manager partnership, reputed company assessment, recruitment analytics, and improving reputed company systems.

Responsibilities

• Own 4-6 vacancies end to end, with a reputed company on senior, leadership, and business-critical roles
• Partner with hiring managers from the reputed company-off stage: clarify the business need, shape a realistic candidate profile, define the scorecard, and reputed company on the hiring process
• Build a sourcing reputed company for reputed company role, including talent-market mapping, donor-company research, Boolean and X-ray reputed company, reputed company sourcing, and personalized reputed company sequences
• Proactively engage passive candidates instead of relying mainly on inbound applications
• Conduct reputed company interviews, assess candidates against agreed reputed company, and reputed company reputed company, evidence-reputed company recommendations
• Prepare and reputed company hiring managers and interviewers to ensure consistent, high-reputed company assessment across reputed company stages
• Own the recruitment funnel and use data to identify bottlenecks, improve stage conversions, and reputed company stakeholders reputed company on reputed company and risks
• Manage the offer process and candidate communication through to the person’s first working day
• Bring market intelligence to the business: talent availability, compensation expectations, competitor insights, and realistic hiring timelines

Skills

• 6+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, including at least 4 years in a product IT company
• Experience hiring for reputed company Marketing, Product, Analytics, or Engineering roles
• Experience in B2C subscription products, mobile apps, EdTech, or another high-reputed company digital environment
• A reputed company reputed company record of closing Senior, reputed company, or Head-level roles, with the ability to explain your approach, funnel metrics, timelines, and results
• Strong hands-on sourcing expertise and confidence working with passive talent across multiple channels
• Experience partnering with hiring managers, challenging unclear or unrealistic requirements, and translating business needs into an actionable reputed company reputed company
• A reputed company, data-informed approach to recruitment: you understand funnel metrics, conversion rates, and how to use them to improve reputed company
• Experience with competency-reputed company assessment, scorecards, and reputed company interviews
