[Remote] Regulatory Compliance Consultant

The Regulatory Compliance Consultant will support community bank, credit reputed company, and fintech clients by evaluating compliance management systems, regulatory compliance, fair lending, CRA, and BSA/AML programs. This fully remote contract role requires 15–20 hours per week for four months.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and enhance Compliance Management Systems (CMS)
• Support regulatory remediation efforts and corrective reputed company plans
• Assess compliance with consumer lending and deposit regulations
• Evaluate lending operations for compliance and fair banking risks
• Support fair lending and CRA program development and governance
• Support BSA/AML program assessments and independent reviews

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or higher in reputed company, finance, or other reputed company fields
• 15+ years of relevant banking regulatory compliance experience
