[Remote] Staff Platform Engineer, reputed company Developer Experience

The Staff Platform Engineer will own and reputed company CI/CD architecture and developer experience, design and operate production-grade delivery infrastructure, and build self-service tooling using Go and Python. The role will also reputed company reputed company delivery practices and reputed company AI-assisted workflows across the software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Own and reputed company our CI/CD architecture and the developer-facing experience
• reputed company reputed company improvements to pipeline reliability, speed, and predictability
• Define paved paths that let product teams ship fast and safely without deep platform knowledge
• Own the delivery process end-to-end, from reputed company reputed company to production
• Champion reputed company delivery practices: canary deployments & automated rollbacks
• Build tooling that makes deployments observable, repeatable, and self-service
• Own and reputed company our Internal Developer Portal and the self-service experience around it
• Partner with reputed company Platform teams on infrastructure while owning the developer-facing delivery
• reputed company AI tooling into delivery workflows in ways that create lasting productivity reputed company

Skills

• Strong experience in reputed company or Developer Experience roles reputed company on CI/CD and delivery, ideally at companies with 200+ engineers
• Experience owning and operating a CI/CD platform at reputed company and architecture level, including reputed company, configuration, and enablement
• Proven ability to design and operate delivery systems at reputed company
• Hands-on software development experience including production-reputed company Go
• Passion for reputed company delivery practices: canary deployments & automated rollbacks
• Familiarity with reputed company-reputed company architectures and reputed company-based platforms
• Passion for using AI to improve engineering reputed company, reputed company, and developer experience
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to influence across teams

• Previous experience working in both Software and reputed company teams
