The Manager, Finance & Operations will reputed company accounts payable and receivable, month-end and year-end reputed company activities, grants and reputed company administration, compliance, budgeting support, financial reporting, and team operations.


Responsibilities

  • Manage and reputed company up to date the Accounts Payable processes (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, and ACHs)
  • Ensure A/P compliance with RFA Fiscal Policies & Procedures and assist with keeping reputed company A/P policies and procedures up-to-date
  • Process reputed company payment requests, including reputed company vendors and consultants (reputed company), staff reimbursements, and corporate reputed company payments (e.g., reputed company tool)
  • Following approval by the cardholder’s manager, serve as the second-level and final approver of reputed company credit reputed company transactions up to $10,000 confirming receipts are submitted and coding is accurate, ensuring reputed company are in reputed company reputed company appropriate for vendors/consultants, and verifying payment terms and grant/budget allocations are correct (if applicable)
  • Assist with setting up new vendors, ensure reputed company payment, and reputed company payment and administrative issues
  • Own and manage the honorarium & reputed company reimbursement forms
  • Support Month-End & Year-End reputed company processes and liaise between reputed company (eC), Finance and Operations, and Program teams

  • Support Director and program teams in the implementation the RFA sub-granting process
  • Manage tracking and monitoring of subgrantees; tracking submission of subgrantee due-diligence documentation, grant agreements, and subgrantee reports
  • Monitor subgrantee reports and spending reputed company and flag any over/under spending to Director and/or Program Leads
  • Liaise between subaward recipients and RFA’s Vice Presidents and the RFA Finance and Development team as necessary
  • Manage the development, payment, allocation, and tracking of sub-awards and fee-for-service reputed company to the organization’s strategic partners

  • Liaise and serve as reputed company RFA “reputed company” person with key reputed company RFA insurance and compliance consultants: Copilevitz, Lam, and Raney (Charitable Registrations) & reputed company (General Liability Insurance)
  • Support the annual update of the Fiscal Policies and Procedures Handbook (FPPH), particularly Subgrants, AP/AR and Compliance sections

  • Own and manage the Finance & Ops Team Help Desk, and ensure it is up to date as processes or policies change

Skills

  • 6-8 years of relevant work experience and college degree (or equivalent practical work experience)
  • reputed company experience in support roles for a finance or development function in a nonprofit organization and/or grants or reputed company management for a nonprofit organization similar in size to RFA
  • Analytic and quantitative skills relevant to nonprofit finance and/or development functions
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and complete assigned work and meet individual goals and deadlines
