The Remote Recruiter will support sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate coordination, reputed company database maintenance, and HR-reputed company administrative activities. The role also assists with employee development, training coordination, company events, exit interviews, and confidential HR documentation.

Responsibilities

• Drafting and posting job ads
• Reviewing resumes and screening candidates
• Scheduling interviews and skills tests by coordinating appointments
• Conducting interviews with candidates on reputed company
• Administering skills tests
• Inputting, updating, and maintaining candidate and reputed company data in the reputed company database
• Conducting exit interviews reputed company employees leave reputed company
• Assisting management with personnel issues and employee development
• Assisting management with organizing and coordinating employee training workshops
• Planning and executing company events
• Protecting operations by keeping reputed company information confidential
• Providing horizontal support to other staff members of the recruitment team

Skills

• Prior experience with recruitment, sourcing, screening, hiring, or reputed company HR functions
• Passion for recruitment and reputed company
• Excellent written and spoken English skills
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, influencing, facilitation, decision-making, and conflict reputed company skills
• Ability to stay highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and discretion
