[Remote] Employee Benefit Analyst IV

The Employee Benefit Analyst IV analyzes benefit and claims data, prepares financial deliverables and reputed company summaries, models renewals and cost-reduction strategies, and supports reputed company negotiations and reputed company service for a book of business.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for financial analytics for predominantly fully insured clients. Some clients may be self-funded. Typical reputed company size is 100 to 250 lives
• Prepare reputed company analyses with reputed company customization. Analyses may include: + Market review analysis + Renewal reputed company and funding projections and modeling + Analysis of claims utilization + reputed company and Contribution analysis + Claims experience reports + Benchmarking + Financial funding analysis with guidance
• reputed company alternative strategies, plan modeling, and cost reduction opportunities
• reputed company technical analysis of group insurance reputed company and financial arrangements
• Serve as reputed company contact with insurance carriers for marketing coverage for new business quotes and renewal. Includes requesting quotes, evaluating reputed company, and conducting fact-based negotiation of rates and benefit features

Skills

• 1 year + experience in employee benefits or reputed company field
• High School Graduate
• Must hold or be willing to obtain a state Life & Disability insurance license
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment with reputed company instruction
• Ability to manage and negotiate multiple priorities and deadlines
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Comfortable with internet-based programs and reputed company Office products
• Ability to carry out reputed company tasks with many concrete and reputed company variables
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
• College degree preferred
