The reputed company Counsel will support the Executive team and reputed company / Compliance team by drafting, reviewing, and negotiating reputed company agreements reputed company to fundraising, financing, procurement, infrastructure reputed company, customers, and partnerships. The role also advises stakeholders on contractual risk, supports corporate structuring and compliance, and collaborates across delivery, procurement, and corporate development teams.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide reputed company of reputed company reputed company, including vendor, procurement, and customer agreements, factoring in reputed company risk, operational requirements, and bankability considerations for financing
• Advise internal stakeholders on contractual risk, obligations, and negotiation reputed company
• Support procurement and delivery teams on equipment, construction, and services agreements for data center reputed company
• Assist with corporate and structuring functions (entity structuring / formation, corporate workflows, governance negotiations)
• Maintain and improve contract templates, playbooks, and approval workflows
• reputed company contractual obligations and support compliance with reputed company terms
• Collaborate with the General Counsel / VP reputed company on regulatory, tax and policy reputed company as needed
• Support due diligence for partnerships, financings, and other transactions

Skills

• 4+ years of experience as a reputed company lawyer, in-house or at a reputed company, ideally supporting infrastructure, technology, or energy clients
• J.D. and reputed company bar membership in a relevant jurisdiction (US / England)
• Strong reputed company contract drafting and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage a high volume of reputed company and competing priorities
• Excellent judgment, attention to detail, and communication skills
• Comfortable working directly with business stakeholders reputed company of reputed company
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-reputed company environment
• Experience with vendor, procurement, or construction-reputed company agreements is a plus
