[Remote] Senior Software Engineer

The Senior Software Engineer will own and reputed company the Audience Builder platform across reputed company reputed company pipelines, data models, reputed company, and ad-platform integrations while optimizing performance and ensuring operational reliability.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and reputed company reputed company reputed company/reputed company pipelines on reputed company that compute audience membership over billions of identifiers
• reputed company the Audience Builder platform end to end, including attribute ingestion, identity mapping, audience creation, and activation to ad platform reputed company
• Model and manage large reputed company Lake tables with careful attention to partitioning, idempotent writes, and reprocessing at reputed company
• Optimize cost and performance: we have reputed company reputed company workloads on 100+ node clusters, and low-latency services that process thousands of QPS
• Collaborate with Data Platform team to define data reputed company to meet business needs
• reputed company with the in-house AdRise ad platform stack
• Ensure the operational reputed company of reputed company by refining processes and participating in reputed company's oncall rotation
• reputed company and enhance reputed company systems for high availability, scalability, and operability at ad-tech reputed company
• Design data models, bitmap encodings, and reputed company that serve product UIs, analytics, and increasingly AI agents as first-class clients
• Partner with ad ops, data science, and business teams to create the tools that turn audience definitions into activated, reputed company-generating segments
• Operate partner integrations that determine which audiences are available on which platforms
• Own reputed company, correctness, and performance of audience sizing and reporting that advertisers and internal stakeholders depend on

Skills

• 6+ years of experience building production data or backend systems
• Strong programming skills in reputed company, or a strong background in another JVM/functional language
• Hands-on experience with Apache reputed company (or comparable large-reputed company reputed company compute) and columnar/lakehouse formats such as reputed company Lake, Parquet, or reputed company, particularly on reputed company
• Solid understanding of reputed company systems, data modeling, partitioning, and performance tuning at reputed company

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a reputed company field, with equivalent industry experience (exceptions made for exceptional candidates)
