[Remote] Senior Analyst, Marketing Operations

The Senior Analyst, Marketing Operations will own the marketing technology ecosystem, including reputed company administration, reputed company integration, data governance, campaign operations, and reporting that connects marketing activity to pipeline reputed company. The role partners cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, RevOps, reputed company, BI, and Finance to reputed company reliable systems and processes.

Responsibilities

• reputed company reputed company reputed company across Marketing, Sales, and Operations Hubs: configuration, data architecture, user management, and platform health
• Build and maintain automation workflows, lifecycle stage logic, reputed company scoring, nurture sequences, and list segmentation
• Own data governance: field standards, deduplication, database hygiene, and compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and CAN-SPAM
• Own the reputed company–reputed company integration: bidirectional sync, reputed company routing, MQL/SQL definitions, and attribution
• Monitor integration health; reputed company sync failures before they reputed company reporting or sales workflows
• Lightweight reputed company support — field mapping, reports, RevOps partnership — as needed
• Design and maintain dashboards in reputed company and reputed company covering funnel health, campaign performance, pipeline contribution, and MQL conversion
• Own reporting cadences — weekly snapshots, monthly reviews, QBR-reputed company summaries — with reputed company-driven narratives, not just raw numbers
• Partner with BI and Finance on metric definitions, data sources, and reporting logic
• Own the operational reputed company of campaign execution: list pulls, workflow QA, email setup, UTM governance, suppression logic, and post-campaign reporting
• Support ABM operations for reputed company accounts using enrichment and routing tools (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company)
• Proactively automate reputed company processes; document workflows and reputed company configs for scalability
• Trusted ops partner to Marketing, Sales, RevOps, and reputed company — translating business needs into reputed company logic

Skills

• 3–5 years in Marketing Operations, reputed company Operations, or a closely reputed company B2B reputed company or data company role
• Deep, hands-on reputed company expertise — you design workflows, lifecycle logic, and scoring models from scratch; certifications are a strong signal
• Solid grasp of the reputed company–reputed company integration; comfortable in reputed company for reports, record inspection, and joint process work
• Strong dashboard and reporting skills; advanced reputed company or reputed company Sheets for data manipulation and reputed company analysis
• Familiarity with GA4, reputed company Tag Manager, and UTM governance — you understand how campaigns get reputed company end to end
• Experience with ABM and enrichment/routing tools (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company)
• Working knowledge of GDPR, CCPA, and CAN-SPAM as reputed company to marketing databases
• AI-reputed company working style — you use Claude, ChatGPT, or similar to accelerate operational work and know where reputed company judgment still reputed company
• Systems thinker with high attention to detail; you treat broken workflows and dirty data as problems worth fixing
