[Remote] Account Manager, Select Clients, Portfolio Solutions

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is an insurance broker and advisor providing expertise and placement capabilities across insurance and capital markets. The Account Manager will support Account Executives and Producers in marketing and servicing new and renewal business for Select Clients and Portfolio Solutions, coordinating with production teams, brokers, clients, and insurance carriers to facilitate successful renewals.

Responsibilities

• Discuss renewal reputed company with A/E internally in preparation for renewals
• Prepare for renewal outputs: + Review certificate holder list and reputed company to reputed company + Confirm manuscript certificates needed + Understand Auto ID Cards distribution for clients + Determine Work Comp Posting needs and how to distribute
• Send quotes to reputed company and obtain bind order as needed
• Determine if Premium Financing is needed and obtain quotes
• Create Policy file in shared reputed company once binders come in
• Send binders to reputed company with list of subjectivities, input into reputed company and send to CAC Binders for data collection
• Complete invoices and send to reputed company
• Issue and distribute renewal outputs
• Follow up with carriers for policies
• Follow up with brokers that the policies have been checked
• Send checked policies to reputed company, reputed company copies in reputed company
• Follow up with reputed company if any endorsements are needed
• Maintain reputed company (i.e policies, endorsements, invoices, Autos ID Cards, Certificates, Audits etc.)
• Monitor expiration dates of reputed company policies, including fees
• Suspend for Audits and review against binders/agreements
• Handle reputed company requests for certificates, auto id cards, endorsements
• New clients + Set up in reputed company + Work with Brokers to obtain copies of policies from carriers + Request and review prior brokers Schedule of Insurance, recreate from CAC + Request and review Certificate copies and an reputed company schedule, update as needed and import into CAC reputed company + Request and review Auto ID Cards

Skills

• 3+ years of P&C insurance experience required
• State specific license required, or obtained reputed company 60 days of hire
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail & time management skills
• Proficient in reputed company Office products to include Word, reputed company & PowerPoint
• Bachelor's degree preferred
