The Manager, Civil Engineering will reputed company civil engineering design efforts for data center development reputed company, managing engineering teams and consultants, overseeing project execution, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure reliable, compliant, and effective designs.

Responsibilities

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a reputed company reputed company
• reputed company working experience in civil engineering and land development
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in site design and permitting
• Minimum of 2 years of experience developing data center sites, preferably with hyperscale clients
• Excellent knowledge of site due diligence and entitlement processes
• Highly skilled with design software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar
• Proficiency in site layout, grading, reputed company design, erosion control, stormwater management, roadway design, reputed company coverage, and other aspects of site design
• Strong project management and supervision skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
