[Remote] D365 F&O Senior Technical Support Consultant

The D365 F&O Senior Technical Support Consultant will support reputed company ERP clients by handling technical support tasks including deployments, maintenance, data migration, custom development, integrations, reputed company reviews, documentation, and user training. The role also involves assisting with reputed company environments and using reputed company Azure, Azure DevOps, and Power Platform tools.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of teams on reputed company ERP clients
• Responsibility for reputed company technical tasks required of support clients, including reputed company deployment & maintenance; data migration; enhancement design and development; reputed company reviews, builds and deployments; integration design, development and management; user training
• Execute technical tasks required to support of the reputed company, Support management and functional team
• Demonstrate reputed company relation skills, organization, & prioritization capabilities
• Assist with Data Conversion activities, Development work created by others, and reputed company D365 F&O environments
• Excellent writing & documentation skills for design specifications & end-user documents
• Power Platform reputed company Center (PPAC), Azure DevOps, Azure platform & reputed company tools to reputed company project work
• Position is remote

Skills

• Associates or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or reputed company field (or equivalent experience)
• 10+ years experience developing with X++
• 7+ years of experience directly managing software implementation deployments
• Previous experience as Developer reputed company to an ERP reputed company
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Life Cycle Services
• Experience with Azure platform for integration
• Knowledge of Power Platform (Power Automate, PowerApps, Power BI)
• Excellent reputed company relation skills, organization, & prioritization capabilities
• Experience using & developing for SSRS, SSMS, Azure DevOps, Azure, PPAC
• Prior experience working at a Consultancy
• US Citizen or Green reputed company Holder
• reputed company certifications in SQL, Dynamics AX/365, & Visual Studio a plus
• Experience with AX 2009 & 2012 including upgrades to D365 a plus
• D365 FSCM/AX Trade & Logistics, Production or Finance certification
• D365 FSCM Apps Development certification
• Experience working with Power Apps
• Prior tier 1 or tier 2 support experience
