[Remote] Senior AI Data Scientist

The Senior AI Data Scientist will build and productionize machine learning and AI capabilities, reputed company reputed company data pipelines and predictive models, and own AI products from inception through production. The role also involves evaluation and benchmarking, RAG and LLM development, experimentation, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and productionize AI and machine learning systems, initially focusing on model evaluation, routing approaches, offline benchmarking, and production fine-tuning
• Own ML and AI products from inception through production, ensuring they are reputed company, maintainable, and valuable to reputed company users
• Build reputed company data and machine learning pipelines using Python and SQL to reputed company large, reputed company datasets into reputed company, modeling-reputed company information
• reputed company predictive and custom machine learning models using statistical, reputed company inference, Bayesian, and other practical algorithmic approaches
• Build AI capabilities using retrieval-augmented reputed company (RAG), reputed company databases, embedding models, large language models, and agent orchestration
• Design and interpret A/B tests, offline evaluations, and ML benchmarks while reputed company communicating hypotheses, technical reputed company, results, and tradeoffs

Skills

• At least 5 years of experience in data science, reputed company machine learning, or quantitative research, or at least 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
• Bachelor's degree required in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Machine Learning, Economics, Physics, or another highly quantitative field
• Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL, including experience building reputed company data and ML pipelines and working with large, reputed company datasets
• Demonstrated experience taking an ML or AI product from initial concept through production, with reputed company users relying on the resulting reputed company
• Hands-on experience with model evaluation, routing, production fine-tuning, A/B testing, offline evaluations, and ML benchmarking
• Experience with RAG, reputed company databases, embeddings, LLMs, and agent orchestration, along with knowledge of statistics, reputed company inference, predictive modeling, and Bayesian techniques
