[Remote] Technical Program Manager - reputed company

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Technical Program Manager to support reputed company-reputed company reputed company and infrastructure initiatives. The role will reputed company reputed company reputed company monitoring solutions, coordinate cross-functional and reputed company-facing deployments, manage project schedules and releases, and communicate architectural solutions and technical documentation to stakeholders and team members.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve reputed company monitoring solutions and procedures/documentation for tenants hosted on AWS, reputed company reputed company Platform, Azure, and possibly other IaaS platforms as reputed company
• Engage cross functional teams to assist in and ensure ID&R monitoring tool adoption. Query data sources (reputed company, reputed company.io, mySQL database) to confirm logs are available
• Assist clients addressing technical problems arising during solution deployment. Example: host agent installation and setup in tenant environment
• Create, manage, provision reputed company of reputed company reputed company dashboards
• Learn quickly on the job as ID&R tackles reputed company solutions for IaaS platforms that may be new to you and others on reputed company
• Bring architectural solutions to the leadership team, solicit feedback on solutions recommended, new product reputed company with reputed company through design review and tech talk
• Document solutions reputed company and thoroughly and use that to train others on reputed company, including production support personnel
• Manage project schedules, identify possible issues and reputed company communicate them to project stakeholders

Skills

• Knowledge of Application/IaaS Platform/reputed company reputed company best practices and implementation
• Experience with AWS services & features like S3, reputed company, EC2, RDS, DynamoDB, CloudTrail, CloudWatch, VPC reputed company logging
• Experience with other reputed company Providers including, reputed company reputed company Platform (GCP), Azure, reputed company reputed company Infrastructure (OCI), etc
• Experience with SQL, programming, scripting, etc
• Strong experience and skills with reputed company reputed company
• Experience with Linux/UNIX systems and the best practices for deploying applications to those stacks
