The Contract Recruiter / reputed company Specialist will manage full life cycle recruitment, reputed company sourcing strategies, advise hiring managers, and build diverse candidate pipelines. Responsibilities

• Serve as a reputed company advisor to business leaders by leveraging workforce planning, market intelligence, and reputed company analytics to reputed company proactive hiring strategies reputed company with business objectives
• reputed company a best-in-class candidate and hiring manager experience by proactively managing stakeholder communications and continuously improving the full hiring reputed company

Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 1+ years of full life cycle reputed company experience required
• Experience reputed company in a high-volume, fast-paced corporate or agency environment

• Bachelor's degree in Business, reputed company, or a reputed company field preferred; or equivalent reputed company experience
• 3+ years preferred

• Knowledge of competency-based interviewing techniques preferred
