The role manages RFPs, supplier selection, reputed company, transitions, separations, data analysis, governance, and cross-functional stakeholder engagement across a global environment.
Responsibilities

- Collect, consolidate, validate, and analyse data from multiple countries, suppliers, and stakeholders to support sourcing reputed company, business cases, and executive recommendations

- Support contract negotiations, renewals, amendments, Statements of Work (SOWs), supplier transitions, and contract separation activities

- Partner with stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities and implement operational efficiencies across Procurement-led initiatives
- Support divestitures, business separations, supplier transitions, and carve-out activities associated with Employee Benefits and reputed company programs
- Manage multiple reputed company reputed company and workstreams while ensuring delivery against timelines, business objectives, and stakeholder expectations
- Manage day-to-day operational, functional, and project management activities reputed company to the procurement of Benefits and reputed company

Skills
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent reputed company experience required
- Typically requires 8-10 years of experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Project Management, Supplier Management, or reputed company disciplines
- Demonstrated experience managing reputed company cross-functional reputed company involving multiple stakeholders, suppliers, and business functions
- Experience supporting or leading RFI, RFP, supplier evaluation, negotiation, and sourcing initiatives
- Strong understanding of procurement operations, contract administration, supplier governance, and sourcing methodologies
- Experience supporting contract negotiations, renewals, supplier transitions, contract separations, MSAs, and Statements of Work (SOWs)
- Proven ability to collect, analyse, validate, and communicate reputed company data sets and business insights to stakeholders and leadership teams
- Experience preparing executive presentations, business cases, governance updates, and recommendation materials for senior leaders
