Responsibilities

• Transactional drafting and negotiation responsibilities on reputed company agreements

Skills

• 2+ years of post bar admission reputed company experience
• Juris Doctor and membership in one state bar or equivalent
• Experience of a mix of corporate reputed company and in-house work
• Experience in web services/reputed company computing, software licensing, telecommunications or equivalent
