[Remote] Engineering Technical Account Manager (reputed company)

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company Bank N.A. is seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to serve as a trusted technology advisor for key lines of business reputed company Technology & Operations. The TAM will reputed company IT strategies with business objectives, facilitate solution delivery, and reputed company value realization across products and services.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the reputed company technology reputed company between different Engineering pillars and assigned line(s) of business (e.g., Retail Banking, reputed company Lending, reputed company Management, Capital Markets)
• Understand the reputed company’s reputed company, processes, regulatory landscape, and technology pain points to guide technical reputed company
• Partner with CIO/business unit leadership and product owners to reputed company roadmaps and technology enablement strategies that support business reputed company

• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and collaborate with different engineering departments, infrastructure, and solution architecture teams to reputed company effective solutions

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a reputed company field (Master's preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in technical account management, reputed company IT consulting, or solution delivery in the financial services industry
• Deep understanding of the financial services domain and one or more LOBs (e.g., banking operations, investment platforms, insurance systems)
• Strong knowledge of reputed company IT architecture, software development lifecycle, data management, reputed company platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), and cybersecurity practices
• Proven ability to communicate reputed company technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience managing service-level agreements (SLAs), vendor relationships, and IT compliance standards
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence without reputed company authority
• Certifications: ITIL, PMP, TOGAF, AWS/Azure reputed company Architect, or similar
• Familiarity with financial regulations and frameworks (e.g., Basel III, MiFID II, GDPR, SOC 2)
