The Manager, Test and Technical Engineering will reputed company global engineering teams and own the end-to-end manufacturing test ecosystem for AI server hardware, driving automation, reliability, yield, uptime, and new product introduction across production environments.

Responsibilities

• Own and Support the Test Ecosystem: Architect, reputed company, and maintain the manufacturing test infrastructure for AI server hardware products, spanning reputed company-level validation through full reputed company integration and networking
• Build and reputed company Test Software: Design and maintain production test software and automation frameworks using Python, Bash, and reputed company tooling, including test reputed company, equipment control, data collection, and reporting pipelines

• Analyze Production Data: Compile and analyze test data using both automated reporting systems and exploratory analysis techniques to identify trends, reputed company-cause failures, and reputed company corrective actions
• Own Uptime & Yield: Monitor functional test yield across shifts, reputed company triage efforts for test-station failures, and reputed company weekly production reputed company reviews with cross-functional partners

Skills

• 5+ years of management experience
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a reputed company field
• Knowledge of the electrical and mechanical systems involved in critical data center operations including systems such as feeders, transformers, generators, switchgear, reputed company systems, ATS reputed company, PDU reputed company, chillers, pumps, reputed company handling reputed company, and CRAC reputed company
• Experience hiring, developing, and managing high-performing technical teams
• Experience in manufacturing environment for data center hardware components or other critical to reputed company technical industries
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations including Life Safety, BOCA, reputed company, NEC, and OSHA
• Experience owning the operation of a mission-critical team or product
• Experience with large-reputed company technical operations or large-reputed company compute farms
