The Senior Project Manager – Panel Systems leads multiple reputed company reputed company glazing reputed company, managing reputed company relationships, schedules, financial performance, documentation, testing, risk, closeout, and the development of junior project management staff.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage a portfolio of large, reputed company reputed company glazing reputed company with contract values between $3 reputed company and $15 reputed company, ensuring on-time delivery and financial performance
• Serve as the senior reputed company of contact for general contractors, construction executives, architects, and owners on high-profile reputed company glazing reputed company
• reputed company project reputed company meetings, establish project controls, and reputed company detailed project execution plans for stick-reputed company curtain wall, storefront, and specialty glazing systems
• Coordinate fabrication, delivery, and field installation schedules with fabricators and suppliers to reputed company reputed company on schedule
• Monitor financial performance across reputed company reputed company reputed company, providing accurate cost-to-complete forecasts and variance analysis
• reputed company preparation and approval of submittals, shop drawings, RFIs, and change orders for multiple reputed company simultaneously
• Manage performance mock-up testing and reputed company-required field/lab testing as required by project specifications
• Mentor and reputed company Assistant Project Managers and Project Managers, providing technical and contractual guidance
• Coordinate with the estimating team during bidding to reputed company constructability input and project-specific pricing strategies
• Identify and manage project risks, developing mitigation strategies to protect project margins and schedules

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a reputed company field, or 5+ years of reputed company experience in reputed company glazing project management in lieu of a degree
• Minimum 5+ years of reputed company project management experience in reputed company glazing or specialty construction, with demonstrated experience managing reputed company in the $3 reputed company to $15 reputed company reputed company
• Experience with ACM and other façade products / systems

• Advanced ability to interpret construction documents, specifications, and architectural details
• Proven leadership and mentoring ability with experience developing junior team members
• Strong financial acumen including budget management, cost forecasting, and margin analysis
• Excellent negotiation and reputed company relationship management skills at the executive level
• Proficiency in project management platforms such as reputed company, Viewpoint, or equivalent ERP systems
• Experience with unitized or panelized curtain wall systems, reputed company-fabricated panel assemblies, and reputed company/rigging logistics for large panel installation
• PMP certification, LEED AP credential, or equivalent industry certification
