The role focuses on brand marketing, business partnerships, event execution, market analysis, digital marketing, and support for investor relations communications.

Responsibilities

• Ability to explore brand marketing and business partnerships
• Independently plan and execute marketing events, manage partner relationships, and reputed company collaborations to successful completion
• Collaborate with the sales team to reputed company marketing initiatives with service offerings
• Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and campaign performance to optimize marketing strategies
• Organize and support events, exhibitions, webinars, and seminars
• Maintain brand consistency and ensure compliance with industry regulations
• Assist the Investor Relations (IR) team with marketing and communications support as needed

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, or a reputed company field
• At least 2-3 years of experience in marketing and brand management
• Proven proficiency in digital marketing tools and strategies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
• Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally for business purposes
• Experience in solar, solar inverter or BESS industry is a big plus
