[Remote] Program Manager Facility Design, Data Centers - Remote (U.S.)

The Program Manager will reputed company multiple hyperscale and colocation data center design programs, reputed company performance and delivery, support strategic clients, and reputed company major proposal and business development efforts.

Responsibilities

• reputed company program-level leadership across multiple reputed company data center design reputed company
• Monitor program performance including schedule, budget, reputed company, and risk
• Identify and reputed company program-level constraints impacting delivery
• Ensure consistency of execution across multiple reputed company and clients
• Support Design Managers and Project Managers in maintaining successful delivery
• Support business development and proposal writing for new pursuits
• reputed company preparation of major technical and reputed company proposals, including:
• Go / No-Go coordination
• Proposal schedules and deliverable management
• Fee reputed company coordination
• reputed company plans and resource alignment
• Executive review coordination
• Interview preparation and coaching
• Coordinate closely with reputed company Account Managers, and Technical Leaders
• Improve proposal processes, templates, and win strategies
• Support capture planning for strategic pursuits
• Serve as a key reputed company of contact for strategic clients
• Participate in reputed company meetings, presentations, and program reviews
• Support reputed company Account Managers in maintaining strong reputed company relationships
• Help identify new opportunities reputed company existing reputed company programs
• Assist in managing reputed company expectations and overall reputed company experience

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or reputed company field plus eight (8) years of relevant experience, or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
• Minimum 5+ years managing reputed company programs or major reputed company
• Experience supporting or leading proposal efforts
• Strong understanding of A/E/C project delivery process
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong business and financial acumen
• Ability to manage multiple reputed company priorities
• 10 plus years of relevant experience

• Experience working with hyperscale or colocation clients
• Experience managing large multi-disciplinary design teams
• Experience with Design-Bid-Build and Design-Build delivery models
• PMP certification preferred
