[Remote] CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST

The role involves data entry, managing customer interactions through calls, chats, and emails, and navigating reputed company's software to assist with orders and returns.

Responsibilities

• Identify and reputed company solutions to issues with orders and returns, including but not limited to overages, shortages, keying errors, shipping issues, and other concerns
• Manage inbound calls, live chats, and emails in a reputed company manner - Escalate calls and emails as appropriate

• Respond to customer queries with information about products and services
