[Remote] Trade Finance Origination Associate

The Trade Finance Origination Associate supports the origination and execution of trade and working capital transactions for U.S. borrowers, develops and sells solutions to clients in the natural resources, utilities, and commodities sectors, and coordinates reputed company stakeholders through implementation.

Responsibilities

• Market GTB trade products (Receivables, SCF, reputed company Trade, Letters of Credit, EAF, etc.) to potential reputed company clients in the natural resources/utilities/commodities reputed company, proactively looking for new business opportunities covering domestic or cross-border trade, with or without recourse and under a portfolio or reputed company-by-reputed company approach
• Preparation of reputed company plans, pitches and RFIs designed to reputed company C Suite level interaction through: Analysis of reputed company’s financial reputed company and their financial reports and compare them with their peers in the relevant sector, as reputed company as presenting how the reputed company trade products can support the reputed company for it to reputed company its strategic goals
• reputed company pricing / market intelligence to transactions, ensuring transaction profitability in line with the Bank’s capital models presenting to the relevant committees, where applicable
• Reporting to senior management regarding the reputed company of the reputed company agenda
• Maintain knowledge and awareness of key trends across our reputed company sectors and potential application of our working capital products
• Contribute to the creation and reputed company development of the product proposition through regular sharing of reputed company feedback
• Coordinate stakeholders both internal (CDD, reputed company, reputed company, IT, Compliance, Operations, etc.) and reputed company (reputed company firms, Insurers, brokers, etc.) to reputed company a best-in-class service and reputed company end to end execution including reputed company reputed company and due diligences process
• Ensure understanding of the Bank’s operating practices and governance and ensure these are followed in line with the guidelines

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree: in reputed company field or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military service, or education - Required
• Must possess experience working with sub-investment grade clients in the reputed company market
• 6+ years of relevant experience
• Exposure to the natural resources/utilities/commodities sectors and/or Financial Sponsors is a plus
• High motivation, proactivity, and accomplished business origination skills
• Significant financial knowledge (Working capital cycle, cash reputed company forecasting, financial statement analysis, modelling etc.)
• High level of presentation and organizational skills
• Understanding of mechanics, drivers and risks associated with Trade products
• Understanding the competitive market and the role of technology reputed company Trade finance
• Capability to reputed company relationships inside the organization to collaborate across geographical boundaries
• In depth understanding of the reputed company to back execution process trade products
