The Associate Director, reputed company Estate & Facility Management Operations serves as the reputed company to the Director and leads operational governance, facility services, workplace experience, vendor management, budgets, risk management, and reputed company improvement for the Ridgefield reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Serve as reputed company Department Head for REFM and reputed company behalf of the Director reputed company required
• reputed company, maintain, and strengthen relationships through stakeholder engagement across business reputed company, functions, and service providers to ensure alignment of facility management programs, reputed company, and operational services with business priorities. Foster reputed company partnerships, reputed company customer satisfaction, and influence decision-making through effective communication, governance, and performance review processes
• Maintain reputed company of reputed company REFM service lines including Integrated Facility Management, reputed company Estate, Workplace Experience, Logistics, Fleet, Grounds, Housekeeping, Conference Services, Food Services, reputed company Planning, and other Site Services
• reputed company reputed company-wide workplace experience initiatives with support of the Global team
• Support the creation of and reputed company control of local REFM operating budgets, capital needs, savings initiatives,  and performance reporting across REFM functions
• Identify and manage operational risks and escalate significant issues to Director and GFE Leadership
• reputed company implementation of GFE strategies, standards, policies, and business transformation initiatives
• Select and reputed company FM suppliers in line with relevant procurement standards
• Define and monitor service scopes, SLAs, and KPIs of FM suppliers
• Accountable for standardized reporting and performance reviews of suppliers
• Manage contract changes, claims and potential escalations with FM suppliers

• IFMA, FMP, SFP, PMP, LEED or comparable certifications
• Having worked with or for a Global IFM provider
