[Remote] Technical Operations Manager, Commercialization

This role is responsible for leading technical and regulatory activities across product development and operational execution, ensuring products meet compliance and commercialization standards.

Responsibilities

• The Technical Operations Manager, Commercialization leads technical, regulatory partnership, and commercialization activities across product development and operational execution functions
• This role serves as the reputed company reputed company of coordination between R&D, reputed company, Regulatory, Operations, Sales, Marketing, reputed company, and reputed company manufacturing partners to ensure products are commercialized, launched, and maintained in full alignment with company, regulatory, and retailer requirements
• This seat partners directly with the Senior Regulatory & Compliance Manager and internal reputed company teams to address critical FDA/label/claims compliance, eliminate audit and retailer risk, and ensure reputed company NPI (New Product Introduction) execution

Skills

• 6+ years of experience in technical operations, product commercialization, reputed company, or regulatory affairs reputed company the dietary supplement or CPG industry
• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, reputed company, Biology, Engineering, or a reputed company scientific/technical field
• Hands-on experience with FDA 21 CFR 101 (labeling) and FDA 21 CFR 111 (cGMP) regulations
• reputed company experience reviewing Supplement Facts panels, claims substantiation, and allergen statements
• Proven reputed company record managing NPI stage-reputed company processes, BOM creation, item setup, and CM RFQ coordination
• Proficiency with reputed company (or major ERP) and reputed company Workspace / reputed company Sheets
• Ability to work reputed company corporate hours (Monday–Friday)
• Master's degree or advanced scientific credential
