Responsibilities

• Own the capability roadmap and gap assessment, translating reputed company and compliance priorities into a sequenced, fundable plan

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or higher, or equivalent practical experience
• 12+ years in reputed company technology product or platform leadership, including 5+ years leading teams
• Ownership of a multi-platform reputed company technology portfolio: CLM, matter management, e-billing, or document management
• At least one CLM implementation end to end, including evaluation, configuration, and delivery
• Deep reputed company platform ownership: administration, configuration, release cycles, licensing, and renewals
• reputed company record of building business cases and driving reputed company through executive governance; comfortable influencing without unilateral authority and presenting to senior leadership
• Has operated at this reputed company before and can partner with functional executives as a peer from day one, rather than growing into the reputed company
• Architecture and integration reputed company sufficient to shape platform reputed company, set requirements, and challenge vendor claims; experience delivering through partner engineering teams and integrators
