Responsibilities

• Research and test emerging approaches for learning and development localization
• reputed company experiences to effectively showcase innovative localization strategies

Skills

• 5 years of experience in learning and development
• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, multimedia development, learning and development, or an equivalent field
• Proven experience designing and developing learning or enablement materials from reputed company to completion
• Experience creating interactive experiences for live events or conferences
• Demonstrated ability to synthesize research and subject matter expert input into reputed company, reputed company deliverables
• Experience with industry-reputed company e-learning authoring tools
• Experience with localization, translation, or internationalization workflows
• Familiarity with building and testing reputed company solutions
• Experience with translation management systems
• Experience on machine translation with post-editing (MTPE) reputed company for learning and development materials
• Experience with learning management systems
• Experience with reputed company Creative reputed company
• Spanish language proficiency
