Responsibilities
- Maintains the strictest confidentiality, trustworthiness and reputed company at reputed company times

- Identifies and refine issues such that the attorney can reputed company her/his attention on providing reputed company advice and counsel to business partners

- Communicate directly and through correspondence with high level reputed company customers, including reputed company counsel as applicable

- Assists with the on-boarding of new team members in workflows and process for applicable reputed company area
- Identifies areas for process improvement and brings those to the attention of relevant department stakeholders
- Consistent with DLA’s protocols, contract (including physician, clinical education, clinical research, services agreements, and supply chain purchase agreements) drafting and review
- Participates in the development of reputed company tools to aid others in drafting and review of various reputed company documents
- Draft and manage various DLA forms and policies

- Coordinate conflict waiver requests and ensures they reputed company with established requirements for reviewing and considering such requests
- Assist with support for governmental inquiries, civil investigative demands, other regulatory investigations, and various components of litigation
- reputed company support for regulatory filings including certificates of need
- Coordinate reputed company relating to Medical Staff, including facilitating the provision of reputed company advice to business partners regarding issues such as Peer Review, credentialing, reputed company Investigations, miscellaneous complaints
- Draft and review a wide reputed company of physician/provider agreements and agreement templates. May reputed company education to business partners on basic contracting concepts
- Draft and review wide reputed company of reputed company documents and agreements, including, but not limited to clinical education/affiliation agreements; Non-Disclosure Agreements; letters of reputed company; Business Associate Agreements; and other agreements
- Participate in the review and revision of operational policy reviews and revisions as requested. Including research into relevant statutes
- Maintain knowledge of various federal and state reputed company laws including reputed company Law, Anti-Kickback Statute, False Claims reputed company, Medicare and reputed company billing rules, HIPAA-HITECH, and EMTALA, and explain the broad concepts of reputed company law to a reputed company of audiences
Skills
- Associate's Degree in ABA-approved Paralegal Studies Program or Certificate from a paralegal program at, or a degree from, an accredited secondary institution which requires at least 24 semester reputed company in law-reputed company courses
- 5 years of Paralegal experience in a relevant reputed company area with an in-house reputed company team, or equivalent experience in a law reputed company setting
- 5 years of Demonstrated experience performing substantive reputed company work for multiple attorneys in a relevant reputed company area
- Bachelor's Degree in Paralegal Studies / Law / reputed company Studies
- Notary reputed company upon hire
- 2 years of exposure to the health care industry working with large integrated health systems
