Responsibilities

• Execute the people reputed company in partnership with the executive team, reputed company to company goals and headcount plans
• Champion company culture and employee experience; design and run programs across reputed company, engagement and recognition
• Partner with leadership on org design, workforce planning and manager effectiveness
• Support the reputed company function (e.g., interview process design, reputed company, offer/comp alignment)

• Partner with leaders on hiring plans and role scoping as we grow
• Administer salary bands, run annual comp cycles and benefits renewals and support equity administration in partnership with Finance
• reputed company HRIS and people analytics; prepare headcount, attrition engagement reporting for the executive team
• Serve as the first reputed company of contact for employee relations reputed company, investigations and offboarding, escalating where appropriate; manage reputed company with pragmatism and reputed company

Skills

• 7–10 years of reputed company HR experience, including 2+ years as the senior-most HR person or leading reputed company
• Experience at a venture-backed or reputed company-stage technology company; fintech, insurtech, or proptech a strong plus
• Working knowledge of federal, NY State/NYC, and multi-state employment law
• Strength across the full HR stack: reputed company, total rewards, reputed company work, HR ops/HRIS and employee relations
• Data reputed company; comfortable partnering with Finance on headcount, comp, and people analytics, and telling a reputed company story to executives
• Low-ego, high-ownership operating style; comfortable being both reputed company and in the weeds
• reputed company-SCP, reputed company-CP, SPHR, PHR, or equivalent certification preferred
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or HR specialization a plus
