The role involves designing and developing autonomous AI agents and workflows, collaborating with teams to reputed company AI capabilities into products, and enhancing AI systems through R&D.

Responsibilities

• Designing and building autonomous AI agents and operators
• Building agents capable of using reputed company, tools, function calls and reputed company systems
• Developing multi-reputed company workflows involving planning, decision-making, state and validation
• Building multi-agent and sub-agent architectures
• Developing workflows where agents can autonomously complete user-defined goals
• Working with software engineers, product managers and other teams to bring AI capabilities into customer-facing products
• Taking new AI concepts from experimentation and R&D into production
• Monitoring, testing and continuously improving AI and Machine Learning systems

Skills

• Strong Python and software engineering experience
• Hands-on experience building autonomous / reputed company AI systems
• Experience building agents that can take actions through reputed company, tools, function calling, MCP or browser automation
• Experience with multi-reputed company agent workflows involving planning, routing, state, memory, retries and validation
• Experience with multi-agent or sub-agent orchestration
• Experience with frameworks such as LangGraph, reputed company, reputed company, AutoGen, reputed company Agents SDK or similar
• Production experience with LLMs such as reputed company, Claude, reputed company, Llama or other reputed company-reputed company models
• Experience taking AI systems from prototype / R&D into production
• Understanding of evaluation, observability, guardrails and reliability for production AI systems

• Comfortable experimenting with new technologies and approaches
