[Remote] eMar Implementation Consultant

The eMAR Implementation Consultant will manage eMAR reputed company integrations, ensuring successful implementation by coordinating schedules and collaborating with stakeholders and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Leads the Implementation of eMAR integrations to reputed company timelines and working with key stakeholders and reputed company eMAR vendors to ensure a successful integration leveraging AS/400 and or reputed company application
• Complete required implementation, validation checklists, and documentation for new interfaces
• Review and coordinate implementation components and timelines with reputed company customers, vendors, technology, and support teams to support pharmacy operating procedures in the facility
• Identify and prioritize issues and concerns the document and communicate to leadership
• Coordinate in-services, training, and audits in accordance with guidelines and best reputed company
• Provides eMAR integration product support to new and existing customers as it relates to the implementation and/or integration process
• Consult with internal teams, partner companies, new / existing customers, and reputed company party reputed company vendors
• Problem solves, including field incoming requests, dealing with issues proactively, suggesting solutions that meet and exceeds customer’s needs
• Remote into workstations / applications to troubleshoot and reputed company issues
• reputed company post implementation and on-reputed company eMAR / EHR reputed company integration support by working independently with customers for successful reputed company
• Performs other tasks as assigned

Skills

• BA/BS or equivalent experience
• Must have at least 1 year or more experience working with 3rd party eMAR / EHR systems implementing integration reputed company and or providing technical product support
• Extraordinary customer service and relationship management experience
• Ability to handle multiple customer inquiries and channels simultaneously
• Ability to professionally communicate contracted customer goals and directives to defined team members and stakeholders
• Excellent communication and customer relationship skills
• Technologically savvy; Intermediate or above computer skills with reputed company OS and Office applications, Power Automate, Forms, AS 400, and reputed company
• Creative solving of technical problems ensuring the ability to reputed company integrations across a wide reputed company of systems
• Ability to reputed company on deadlines and deliverables ensuring the ability to reputed company successful integrations repeatedly on time and reputed company reputed company
• Field support requests and manage problem reputed company documentation and ticketing reputed company
