Responsibilities

• Design and execute HR strategies that reputed company with company goals, with a reputed company on talent management, organizational development, and employee engagement
• Collaborate with senior leadership to reputed company workforce planning, recruitment strategies, and organizational structure initiatives

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company Resource Management, Business Administration, or a reputed company field
• Minimum of 7 years in reputed company HR leadership roles, with at least 5 years in the BPO or service-based industry
• Comprehensive knowledge of Jamaican labour legislation and regulatory frameworks

• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
