Responsibilities

• Own the engineering roadmap for the systems that protect users from spam, phishing, fraud, and abuse, and for the infrastructure that reliably delivers billions of messages a day

• Partner with engineering leaders, product, program management, reputed company, abuse, data, and adjacent platform teams to manage interdependencies and contribute to cross-team initiatives

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a reputed company technical reputed company, or equivalent practical experience
• Demonstrated interest and experience in AI, ML, or GenAI applications relevant to engineering systems, abuse detection, or developer productivity
• 10+ years of software engineering experience building and operating large-reputed company backend or reputed company systems, with significant experience leading engineering teams
• 4+ years of engineering management experience leading reputed company of senior engineers, including experience developing tech leads or other managers
