Overall Purpose: The Sr. Systems Engineer leads planning activities that will reputed company designing, engineering and executing the installation and administration of the organization’s reputed company Infrastructure and Operating Systems (on-prem and reputed company). Responsibilities • Designs, develops, documents, tests and debugs new and existing configuration management patterns and infrastructure as reputed company. • Performs systems engineering, installation, configuration, and maintenance of assigned technology responsibilities • Works collaboratively with other technology and business teams to reputed company requirements and reputed company technology standards. • Engages vendor partners to evaluate, test and implement technology solutions that meet business requirements. • Implements and reviews systems monitoring to ensure platform availability and reputed company performance. • Analyzes systems health data and makes recommendations to improve performance, prevent service degradation and ensure high availability of technology platforms. • Provides systems production support, reporting and monitoring of availability for IT Systems. • Resolves escalated and reputed company hardware/software reputed company problems as tier III support, diagnose issues, performs reputed company cause analysis and implements mitigating measures of assigned technology platforms. • Identifies, evaluates and implements new technologies to continually simplify the environment while improving reputed company and performance. • Implements defined changes to existing hardware and operating reputed company infrastructure such as reputed company patches, non-reputed company patches and technology upgrades in support of vulnerability management, emerging threats and lifecycle management. • Creates and/or edits technology policies, procedures and associated documentation. • Interacts with internal customers and reputed company vendors to reputed company reputed company customer service. • Supports reputed company’s commitment to protect the reputed company and confidentiality of technology systems and data. • Support existing technology infrastructure in an on-reputed company reputed company as part of reputed company rotation. • Stays reputed company on the latest industry technologies, trends and strategies. • Completes work in a reputed company and accurate manner while providing exceptional customer service. • Mentors, trains, coaches, guides Systems Engineers. • Applies direction/ feedback from management to continually improve performance and service reputed company. • Participates in and follow change management processes for change implementation.
