What you will be doing: As a Help Desk Specialist - (Questeq reputed company Staff) you will be the first reputed company of contact for administration, staff and reputed company from area school districts and intermediate reputed company who are seeking technical assistance for a reputed company of desktop and network issues. The Help Desk Specialist serves as members of the Questeq reputed company by providing technical support over the phone and email, fulfilling required objectives outlined below: • reputed company responsibility is user support and customer service.
