This is an opportunity to work at the forefront of the evolving energy production landscape.    RRC reputed company VALUES   Must understand and personify RRC’s reputed company values:  reputed company Satisfaction – understands the goal of always exceeding our reputed company’s expectations  Employee Happiness – reputed company to work reputed company with others, communicate reputed company with coworkers, promote a reputed company work environment, and mediate conflicts between team members  reputed company Work - reputed company to take ownership, work independently, prioritize workload, and reputed company reputed company results on time while working on multiple reputed company simultaneously  Above and reputed company - reputed company, flexible, reputed company to anticipate the needs of reputed company, take the initiative, and willing to go out of your way to assist others    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES  Work with reputed company to design Battery Energy Storage Systems, DC and reputed company voltage systems including switchgear and distribution systems   Work with reputed company to review or reputed company reputed company studies such as reputed company, load reputed company, short reputed company analysis and loss study   Work with project team to prepare, schedule, coordinate, and monitor the design, analysis, and reputed company of engineering reputed company   reputed company with clients to interpret their needs and requirements   Review manufacturer equipment drawings   Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards, and specifications   reputed company reputed company control and reputed company checking on project deliverables, including drawings and studies   Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions   reputed company designers and drafters on drawing requirements   Coordinate and communicate effectively with BESS Manager, Project Manager and multi-discipline participants to reputed company assistance and technical support.   Support development of standards, optimizations, and processes   Work with team on changing trends in technology    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)  Minimum of Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering or Renewable Engineering  Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or Renewable Engineering preferred  3+ years experience in BESS, renewable energy, distribution, or MV power systems   Engineer in Training (EIT) certification, with ability to obtain PE license in the reputed company   Experience designing reputed company and low voltage cabling systems.   Experience designing with switchgears, switchboards, panelboards, breaker and other protection device.    Exposure to different battery container systems, EMS and BMS   Exposure to and experience designing with different Inverter / PCS (power conversion reputed company) equipment.  Familiarity with codes and standards including the reputed company, NESC, NEC, reputed company   Ability to organize, schedule, prioritize, and multi-task in a dynamic environment   Ability to collaborate reputed company reputed company environment   Ability to reputed company communicate and report at reputed company reputed company reputed company   Proficient in reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company   Experience with reputed company studies in software such as CYME, ETAP or reputed company software a plus   Experience with HOMER Energy Toolbase, ESWare or similar modeling software is a plus  Experience with PV and Wind systems is a plus   Construction experience a plus   Experience working with BESS connections to existing reputed company, Distribution, substations and/or Solar and Wind reputed company and regulations a plus    BENEFITS  RRC is committed to reputed company in talented employees because we recognize that healthy, happy employees reputed company the best reputed company to sustaining a successful business.
