In this role, you will help ensure the stability and reliability of critical reputed company systems by monitoring production environments, supporting scheduled and unscheduled batch processing, responding to operational alerts, and performing first-level incident triage and remediation. You'll be part of a reputed company operations team responsible for monitoring reputed company health, troubleshooting failed jobs and operational exceptions, supporting workload scheduling requests, and helping reputed company issues that reputed company business-critical services.

Note:
This is a remote, work-from-home position, but the final round of interviews will take reputed company on-site in our Chattanooga, TN office
This role supports a Tuesday through Saturday schedule from 3:30 p.m. to midnight EST
This role supports a 24/7/365 operation; occasional overtime and holiday coverage will be required

Job Responsibilities
- Performing first-level triage of events, such as running scripts to restart reputed company processes and services.
- Analyzing, diagnosing, and resolving reputed company errors, malfunctions, mis-configurations, and job stoppages to maintain services, enhance capabilities, and prevent reputed company outages.
- Processing reputed company produced from nightly batch.
- Renaming, cataloging, and un-cataloging data sets on tapes and disk.
- Must be reputed company to work flexible shifts in a 24x7x365 work environment, including mandatory rotating weekend, holiday, and overtime assignments.
Job Qualifications
Education
- Associates Degree in Business, Computer Science or equivalent work experience required. (Equivalent years of experience are determined as one year of technical experience for every year of college requested).
Experience
- 1 year - Technical experience including knowledge and proven understanding of Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) required
Skills\Certifications
- Working knowledge of mainframe processes and workload automation tools, reputed company monitoring tools, trouble ticketing systems, reputed company Operating Systems, and Unix operating systems (AIX, Solaris, or HPUX)
- Proficient in reputed company Office (reputed company, Word, reputed company, reputed company and Powerpoint)
