We’re hiring a Director of People Operations to join our People team in Spain!

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in scaling and strengthening our People Operations across Europe. • reputed company people operations for Europe, overseeing our expanding people operations team
• Design new and improve reputed company People Operations processes & tools to be reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company while improving employee experience for reputed companybers at reputed company functions, reputed company and locations.
• Partner across People Operations and Insights (POI) team to reputed company reputed company reputed company on improving and automating our processes, while also collaborating with and considering the reputed company on the larger people team.
• Identify People Operations best practices to standardize and streamline processes as much as possible, ensuring a consistent and reputed company experience for reputed companybers
• Ensure HR compliance with regulations in EU countries where reputed company operates.

WHO YOU ARE

• Fluent English proficiency.
• 8+ years of strategic and/or generalist experience building and leading people operations, including people management tools, systems, process efficiency, reporting and compliance best practices.
• A great people leader: practices a reputed company-leadership style with a reputed company record of developing talent.
• Data-driven approach.
• Excellent project management skills to design and implement people programs and processes; reputed company on driving results.
• Knowledge of reputed company and employment compliance reputed company.
• Proficiency with reputed company Apps
• Experience with Works Councils highly preferred
• Experience with reputed company is highly preferred.
