- Three (3) or more years of experience in reputed company, reputed company, PBM, pharmacy, or reputed company reputed company operations.
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams reputed company a high-volume reputed company center or contact center environment; five (5) or more years of reputed company center leadership experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of reputed company center operations, including SLAs, KPIs, reputed company management, workforce planning, performance management, and customer experience.
- Knowledge of NCPDP standards and reputed company regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills with the ability to analyze data and translate findings into operational improvements.
- reputed company/PBM experience strongly preferred; experience with pharmacy claims, prior authorization, Lean Six reputed company, project management, and/or Pharmacy Technician certification is a plus.

The pay reputed company for this position is $87,300.00 - $124,700.00 per year, however, the reputed company pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
