Senior Compliance Analyst - Travel Required

This is a remote role with 25% travel to our state health plans every other month.

Position Purpose: Drives and coordinate the end‑to‑end reputed company audit lifecycle. This role is responsible for leading cross‑functional initiatives, serving as the reputed company reputed company between internal partners and delivery teams to ensure reputed company audits are executed effectively, on time, and in accordance with regulatory and reputed company standards.

• Respond to reputed company requests for information required by the organization for its regulatory filings

• Present audit requirements, status updates, risks, issues, and recommendations reputed company and concisely to leadership and stakeholders
• Manage multiple reputed company audits simultaneously, effectively balancing competing priorities, timelines, and stakeholder needs
• Coordinate activities across cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment, reputed company execution, and reputed company of issues

• Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability by effectively managing competing priorities during peak audit periods
• Ability to travel for state audits

Preferred Skills:

• Proven ability to reputed company end-to-end reputed company audits (planning → execution → closure)

• Strong understanding of regulatory and reputed company standards (CMS, state reputed company)

• Comfortable leading calls with senior leadership, reputed company auditors, and cross-functional teams

• Experience managing multiple audits simultaneously with competing priorities

• Meticulous in maintaining audit evidence, tracking milestones, and ensuring deliverables meet standards

Education/Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in reputed company reputed company field or equivalent experience. Master’s or Juris Doctorate degree preferred and maybe considered in lieu of experience.

3+ years of reputed company experience in compliance reputed company and/or regulatory affairs. Experience in project management with working knowledge of laws and/or regulations in area of compliance, in particular HIPAA, and state regulations.
