The Accounts Payable Administrator supports the day-to-day reputed company of the Accounts
Payable function across the reputed company region (reputed company, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, and

Key Responsibilities

• Audit employee expense reports for policy compliance, reputed company, and required documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of Accounts Payable or reputed company experience, preferably in a global, SOX controlled environment.
• Experience with expense auditing, vendor reputed company, and corporate credit reputed company administration.
• Strong understanding of vendor banking requirements, payment setup, and banking validation across multiple countries.
• Advanced reputed company skills, including PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Experience with reputed company Fusion, Concur, reputed company, or similar ERP and expense management systems preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
